Answer: No, you don’t need to pay for a plan. We provide free featured listings to talented educators. We try not to charge before work/tuition. However, you can choose a paid membership to avoid the huge recurring monthly commission.

Step 1: Click “Get Started” in the upper right hand corner of the home page.

Step2: Complete the sign-up process; it’s simple; only your email address is required.

Step 3: Once, sign in. Hover your mouse over the top right corner and select “Dashboard” from the drop down menu. Now, enter your “other teaching preferences” so that they appear on our portal for tuition assignment.

Step 4: Once you’ve finished/verified your profile. It will be included in our educator database search.

The tutor needs to attach the following documents for Identity verification:

• ⇒One colour pass port size photographs.
• ⇒Copy of your address proof (Voter ID Card/ Aadhaar Card (UID)/ Driving License/ Pan Card/ Passport/ Bank Passbook/ Ration Card, etc.)
• ⇒ Copy of your current address proof (Rent agreement / Consent letter of landlord (In case of rented residence) along with copy of permanent residence Identification)
• ⇒Copy of your Latest degree.

* All online/offline tutorials and learning services will be made available to the tutor in question.

*No registration fee for free/discounted/basic plans.

*Direct communication with parents about fees violates our contract with Bharti Tutors Bureau. Such actions will lead to the termination of tuitions and the suspension of our online, offline, and replacement services. Blacklisting from our platform may also occur, with this information shared with our Tutors Bureau community worldwide. Legal action may follow. Maintaining integrity and verified listings is crucial to our mission of showcasing the finest teaching talent.

*We only inform the registered and verified teachers/tutors for any teaching vacancy through phone, via SMS, email & expect their feedback after & before meeting with the students.

*Being a tutor requires dedication, reliability, and a sincere interest in helping young children. The children will be counting on me to provide quality instructional time.

*Attend every day I am scheduled to tutor (for the entire semester/as discussed). Arrive/start on time at the site/student home prepared to deliver quality lessons to the children I work with.

*Call the parent and Bharti Tutors Bureau if unable to tutor at least 2 hrs prior to scheduled time of classes. 

*If required, tutor needs to appear for an interview before he/she is finally selected as a tutor. 

* Your tuition fee released to you on monthly basic (after 30 days of first classes). 

*Exhibit professional behaviour at all times, including appearance. Be sensitive to the needs of Bharti Tutors Bureau and the children in my assigned site.

*Maintain strict confidentiality about the children.

*Be honest in my time reporting.

*The Tutor must start and end the session on time.

*For every teaching position referred by the academy, each teacher or tutor will incur a charge of 60% of their first month’s salary or tuition fees. Following that, a 10% charge will apply until the specific tuition concludes.

* 30% commission will be charged of the whole amount received by the teacher for package based/Short term classes with a minimum of 1,000. 

*If required, tutor needs to appear for an interview before he/she is finally selected as a tutor. 

* Your tuition fee released to you on monthly basic (after 30 days of first classes). 

*Exhibit professional behaviour at all times, including appearance. Be sensitive to the needs of Bharti Tutors Bureau and the children in my assigned site.

*Maintain strict confidentiality about the children.

*Be honest in my time reporting.

* Effective communication is the vehicle for learning and is required for Minor’s future development. Using inappropriate, demotivating, harassing, abusive, sexually provocative, demeaning, intimidating, offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive language or behaviour towards Minor will not be tolerated; additionally, any communication or behaviour while interacting with Minor shall not, in any way, induce or support physical or sexual relationships with Minor, or portray or encourage the use of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or obscene substances. The Company recognises that there may be times when ideas and opinions are exchanged, which is necessary in the learning process. However, while it is agreed that individuals have the right to express their opinions, the Company has zero tolerance for any of the above-mentioned forms of communication or behaviour.

* We, at Bharti Tutors Bureau, will not be legally liable for any incident that occurs during any online or offline sessions; this is solely the responsibility of the Student and the Tutor.

* You also confirm that the User Content you upload is not: a. false, inaccurate, or misleading; b. infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; c. violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; d. defamatory, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing; or e. obscene or contain pornography.f. Contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines capable of causing damage, interfering with, intercepting, or expropriating any system, data, or personal information.

*You understand and agree that you will not post or publish any content, comments, or act in any way that would constitute harassment of any other User, whether a student or a tutor, while using the “Bharti Tutors Bureau” Platforms.If “Bharti Tutors Bureau” becomes aware at any time that you are engaging in any kind of harassment of other Users, you agree that “Bharti Tutors Bureau” shall have the sole right to suspend/terminate your account with immediate effect and without any notice of such suspension or termination, and we also reserve the right to initiate any legal proceedings against you in such cases at our sole discretion. 

*The Tutor shall treat every Minor with empathy and respect, regardless of race, colour, gender, sexuality, language, religion, religious belief, heritage, political/other opinion, national/ethnic/social origin, or property/disability/birth/other status; listen to them and respect their views.
