Comments

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • Effective communication is the vehicle for learning and is required for Minor’s future development. Using inappropriate, demotivating, harassing, abusive, sexually provocative, demeaning, intimidating, offensive, discriminatory, or culturally insensitive language or behaviour towards Minor will not be tolerated; additionally, any communication or behaviour while interacting with Minor shall not, in any way, induce or support physical or sexual relationships with Minor, or portray or encourage the use of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or obscene substances. The Company recognises that there may be times when ideas and opinions are exchanged, which is necessary in the learning process. However, while it is agreed that individuals have the right to express their opinions, the Company has zero tolerance for any of the above-mentioned forms of communication or behaviour.
  • We, at Bharti Tutors Bureau, will not be legally liable for any incident that occurs during any online or offline sessions; this is solely the responsibility of the Student and the Tutor. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement between the Tutor, the Learner, and Bharti Tutors Bureau.
  • You also confirm that the User Content you upload is not: a. false, inaccurate, or misleading; b. infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; c. violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; d. defamatory, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing; or e. obscene or contain pornography.f. Contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines capable of causing damage, interfering with, intercepting, or expropriating any system, data, or personal information.

*You understand and agree that you will not post or publish any content, comments, or act in any way that would constitute harassment of any other User, whether a student or a tutor, while using the “Bharti Tutors Bureau” Platforms.If “Bharti Tutors Bureau” becomes aware at any time that you are engaging in any kind of harassment of other Users, you agree that “Bharti Tutors Bureau” shall have the sole right to suspend/terminate your account with immediate effect and without any notice of such suspension or termination, and we also reserve the right to initiate any legal proceedings against you in such cases at our sole discretion.

The Tutor/Parent/Student shall treat every Minor with empathy and respect, regardless of race, colour, gender, sexuality, language, religion, religious belief, heritage, political/other opinion, national/ethnic/social origin, or property/disability/birth/other status; listen to them and respect their views.
